The Western Panthers topped the visiting St. Catherine of Siena Academy volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers now have a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Airport for a non-league test on Saturday, October 14. Western will confront a Jets team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Milan (Milan, MI). The Jets record now stands at 3-13.
The (10-16) will now prepare for their test against Regina (Warren, MI). The enter the non-league test with a 12-12 record. In their last test, Regina was dropped by St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI), 3-0, in a non-league game.
