The DuVal Tigers soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Suitland Rams to 0 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.
The Tigers now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Wise for a Prince George's County 4A bout on Thursday, October 17. DuVal will play a Pumas squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Bowie (Bowie, MD). The Pumas record now stands at 1-10.
With the loss, Suitland moves to 0-11 on the year. The Rams host McKinley Tech (Washington, DC) to play the Trainers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15. The Trainers go into the bout with a record of 1-6. McKinley Tech lost 7-0 in their recent league bout against Cardozo (Washington, DC)
