With the triumph, Madawaska moves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Owls travel to Easton (Easton, ME) to meet the Bears in a Class D - North test on Wednesday, October 16. The Bears come into the test with a record of 9-1. Easton won 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Maine School of Science & Math (Limestone, ME)

The Hawks now sport a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Katahdin for a Class D - North test on Wednesday, October 16. Hodgdon will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-2 league win over Lee Academy (Lee, ME). The Cougars record now stands at 7-3.
