Crescent City Christian Pioneers (Metairie, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ursuline Academy Lions (New Orleans, LA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Crescent City Christian improves its record to 11-6 on the season. The Pioneers host West St. John (Edgard, LA) to encounter the Rams in a Division V District 8 test on Tuesday, October 15. The Rams go into the test with a record of 4-15. West St. John lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against East St. John (Reserve, LA)

The Lions now own a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northlake Christian for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 16. Ursuline Academy will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Dutchtown (Geismar, LA). The Wolverines record now stands at 16-12.
