Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Des Moines North Polar Bears (Des Moines, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Perry improves its record to 13-14 on the season. The Bluejays travel to South Hamilton (Jewell, IA) to face the Hawks in a test on Thursday, October 17. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 5-22. South Hamilton lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Greene County (Jefferson, IA)

The Polar Bears now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeast Polk for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 22. Des Moines North will face a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA). The Rams record now stands at 11-22.
