In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mount St. Dominic Academy Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Glen Ridge Ridgers.
The Lions (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, West Essex beat West Orange (West Orange, NJ), 2-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Ridgers meet the University Phoenix (Newark, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Glen Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record.
