In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Nutley Maroon Raiders volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Glen Ridge Ridgers.

The Maroon Raiders (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ). The Bengals come into the Super Essex - A challenge with a 10-8 record. In their last challenge, Bloomfield was beaten by Hoboken (Hoboken, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Ridgers meet the University Phoenix (Newark, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Glen Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record.
