Huron Chiefs (New Boston, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball team top the visiting Glenn Rockets (Westland, MI), 3-0 in a non-league contest.

The Chiefs (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Riverview (Riverview, MI). The Pirates enter the Huron contest with a 5-18 record. In their last contest, Riverview was knocked off by Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Rockets battle the Wayne Memorial Zebras (Wayne, MI) in a Kensington Lakes - East contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Glenn will attempt to move on its 3-15 season record. The Zebras enter the contest with a 4-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over River Rouge (River Rouge, MI).
