The St. James Saints volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers to 2 in the Saints non-league triumph on Monday.

The Saints now have a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to St. Clair for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 15. St. James will play a Cyclones team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN). The Cyclones record now stands at 16-4.

With the loss, Minnesota Valley Lutheran drops to 2-20 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Maple River (Mapleton, MN) to play the Eagles in a South Central outing on Thursday, October 17. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 17-17. Maple River lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Northern Cass (Hunter, ND)
