In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Philip Simmons Iron Horses volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the James Island Trojans.
The Iron Horses (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 18-4 record. In their last challenge, Wando gained a win over Cane Bay (Summerville, SC), 2-0, in a league test.
The Trojans now sport a 4-12 record.
