Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Aspen Skiers (Aspen, CO) and the host Vail Christian Saints (Edwards, CO), observed Aspen's volleyball team hold off Vail Christian by a count of 2-1.

The Skiers (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Fork (Hotchkiss, CO). The Miners enter the contest with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, North Fork tipped Roaring Fork (Carbondale, CO), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Saints now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Grand for a battle on Tuesday, October 21.
