The Jaguars now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Vista Grande for a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. Desert View will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 52-0 non-league loss to Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ). The Spartans record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Pueblo drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ) to face the Colts in a 5A Southern challenge on Thursday, October 16. The Colts enter the challenge with a record of 4-2. Buena lost 14-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ)
