The River Hill Hawks soccer squad (Clarksville, MD), was edged 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Atholton Raiders (Columbia, MD)

The Raiders (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD). The Wildecats enter the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Wilde Lake was tipped by Centennial (Ellicott City, MD), 5-2, in a league match.

The Hawks now sport a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a Class 3A North II test on Thursday, October 16. River Hill will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 4-2 league win over Reservoir (Fulton, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 8-3.
