Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD), 4-0 in a league bout.

The Falcons now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Bishop O'Connell for a Washington Catholic (WCAC) bout on Thursday, October 16. Our Lady of Good Counsel will play a Knights squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD). The Knights record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Bishop McNamara moves to 6-8 on the year. The Mustangs travel to DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD) to play the Stags in a Washington Catholic (WCAC) bout on Thursday, October 16. The Stags go into the bout with a record of 5-4. DeMatha won 5-0 in their recent league bout against Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA)
