Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Lower Merion over Central

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Lower Merion Aces volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Central Lancers.

The Aces (10-10) will now prepare for their test against Marple Newtown (Newtown Square, PA). The Fightin' Tigers go into the Central test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Marple Newtown went down by Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA), 3-1, in a league test.

The Lancers now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy at Palumbo for a PPL - Independence test on Thursday, October 16. Central will face a Griffin squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Masterman (Philadelphia, PA). The Griffin record now stands at 11-2.
