In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host National Academy Foundation Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Douglass Mighty Ducks.
The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Clifton (Baltimore, MD). The Lakers come into the Baltimore City Division I challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Lake Clifton went down by Forest Park (Baltimore, MD), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Mighty Ducks now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Patterson for a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. Douglass will face a Clippers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Digital Harbor (Baltimore, MD). The Clippers record now stands at 2-7.
