Texas High School Volleyball - Hico crushed by Jim Ned

In Tuesday's non-league match, the Jim Ned Indians (Tuscola, TX) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Hico Tigers (Hico, TX), by a count of 3-0.

The Indians now possess a 24-10 record. They play next when they travel to Sweetwater for a 3A Region I District 6 bout on Saturday, October 18. Jim Ned will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Merkel (Merkel, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 18-18.

With the loss, Hico drops to 20-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a 2A Region I District 5 contest on Tuesday, October 21. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 26-5. Hamilton won 3-0 in their recent league contest against De Leon (De Leon, TX)
