Silver Fighting Colts (Silver City, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM), 3-0 in a non-league test.

The Fighting Colts (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM). The Desert Warriors come into the 4A District 3 challenge with a 12-4 record.

Next, the Tigers meet the New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 16. Hot Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Colts come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM).
