In Tuesday's non-league match, the Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD) volleyball squad overcame the host Kennedy Cavaliers (Silver Spring, MD), by a count of 3-0.
Next up, the Wildcats meet the Clarksburg Coyotes (Clarksburg, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 17. Walter Johnson will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD).
The Cavaliers now sport a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gaithersburg for a non-league test on Thursday, October 16.
