Maryland High School Volleyball - Long Reach over Mt. Hebron

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Long Reach Lightning volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Mt. Hebron Vikings.

Next up, the Lightning face the Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD) in a Class 3A South Region I game, on Thursday, October 16. Long Reach will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Scorpions go into the game with a 3-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Howard (Ellicott City, MD).

The Vikings (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Marriotts Ridge went down by Long Reach (Columbia, MD), 3-2, in a league game.
