In Tuesday's league match, the St. Martin's Episcopal Saints (Metairie, LA) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Lutheran Gryphons (Metairie, LA), by a count of 3-0.
In their next game, the Saints encounter the McDonogh 35 Roneagles (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 16. St. Martin's Episcopal will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record.
The Gryphons now own a 3-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Louisiana School for the Deaf for a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 15. Lutheran will battle a War Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Tennessee School for the Deaf (Knoxville, TN). The War Eagles record now stands at 0-13.
