Illinois High School Volleyball - Oswego tips Plainfield North

The Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) volleyball held off the visiting Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL), 2-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Panthers now hold a 17-10 record. They take the field next when they host Romeoville for a Southwest Prairie match on Thursday, October 16. Oswego will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 7-20.
The Tigers (12-14) will now prepare for their match against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL). The Steelmen enter the Southwest Prairie match with a 5-18 record. In their last match, Joliet Central was tipped by Joliet West (Joliet, IL), 2-0, in a league match.
