In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Somerset Spartans volleyball team scored a 3-1 win over the Prescott Cardinals.

With the win, Somerset improves its record to 12-16 on the season. The Spartans travel to Hayward (Hayward, WI) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 21. The Hurricanes go into the test with a record of 16-15. Hayward lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Northwestern (Maple, WI)

The Cardinals now own a 1-23 record. They play next when they host Amery for a Middle Border challenge on Wednesday, October 15. Prescott will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cadott (Cadott, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 3-20.
