Shenandoah Valley Academy Stars (New Market, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Wakefield Country Day Owls (Flint Hill, VA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Shenandoah Valley Academy improves its record to 3-2 on the season.

The Owls now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tandem Friends for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 20. Wakefield Country Day will meet a Badgers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Quantico (Quantico, VA). The Badgers record now stands at 8-6.
