The Columbia Academy Cougars football squad scored 36 points and restricted the visiting Wayne Academy Jaguars to 9 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bowling Green for a MAIS 4A District 4 battle on Friday, October 22. Columbia Academy will play a Buccaneers squad coming off a 52-0 non-league loss to Oak Forest Academy (Amite, LA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-9.
