The Jefferson Davis Volunteers football team (Montgomery, AL), was beaten 60-40 in Friday's league challenge with the host Enterprise Wildcats (Enterprise, AL)
The Wildcats (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Auburn (Auburn, AL). The Tigers come into the 7A Region 2 challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Auburn achieved victory over Smiths Station (Smiths, AL), 52-21, in a league challenge.
The Volunteers now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Prattville for a 7A Region 2 challenge on Friday, October 22. Jefferson Davis will meet a Lions team coming off a 42-21 league loss to Central (Phenix City, AL). The Lions record now stands at 5-3.
