In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Woodstock Academy Centaurs football squad scored a good 28-0 victory over the Bacon Academy Bobcats.
In their next game, the Centaurs clash with the Montville Indians (Oakdale, CT) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 21. Woodstock Academy will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 61-0 non-league loss to Thames River co-op [Norwich RVT/Grasso RVT/St. Bernard] (Norwich, CT).
The Bobcats (0-5) will now prepare for their match against East Lyme (East Lyme, CT). The Vikings enter the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, East Lyme ran past Griswold (Griswold, CT), 27-20, in a non-league match.
