In Saturday's league match, the host Island Trees Bulldogs football squad scored a big 47-6 victory over the Lawrence Golden Tornadoes.
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Clarke Rams (Westbury, NY) in a Section 8 Conference IV match, on Saturday, October 22. Island Trees will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 34-24 league loss to Mineola (New Hyde Park, NY).
The Golden Tornadoes (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Valley Stream South (Valley Stream, NY). The Falcons enter the Section 8 Conference IV match with a 2-4 record.
