The Pembroke Spartans football team (Pembroke, NH), was tipped 41-35 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Laconia Sachems (Laconia, NH)
The Sachems (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sanborn Regional (Kingston, NH). The Indians come into the Division II - East challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Sanborn Regional was tipped by Stark (Weare, NH), 20-13, in a non-league challenge.
The Spartans now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bow for a Division II - East challenge on Saturday, October 22. Pembroke will meet a Falcons team coming off a 27-3 league win over St. Thomas Aquinas (Dover, NH). The Falcons record now stands at 6-1.
