South Dakota High School Volleyball - Yankton Aberdeen Central

The Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles topped the host Yankton Bucks/Gazelles volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Saturday's league test.

The Golden Eagles now have a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mitchell for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 18. Aberdeen Central will confront a Kernels team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD). The Kernels record now stands at 6-13.

The Bucks/Gazelles (3-15) will now prepare for their test against Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Spartans enter the AA District 1 test with a 9-15 record. In their last test, Spearfish gained a win over Hot Springs (Hot Springs, SD), 3-0, in a non-league test.
