Colorado High School Volleyball - Centaurus edged by Basalt

The Basalt Longhorns held off the host Centaurus Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Longhorns now have a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rifle for a non-league test on Saturday, October 15. Basalt will confront a Bears team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Summit (Frisco, CO). The Bears record now stands at 7-7.

The Warriors (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Conifer (Conifer, CO). The Lobos enter the non-league test with a 8-11 record. In their last test, Conifer was nudged by Roaring Fork (Carbondale, CO), 2-0, in a non-league test.
