The Trojans (28-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Maranatha Christian Academy (Shawnee, KS). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 21-9 record. In their last challenge, Maranatha Christian Academy defeated Bishop Ward (Kansas City, KS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cyclones meet the Wellsville Eagles (Wellsville, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 15. Bishop Ward will attempt to move on its 7-20 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 8-20 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Prairie View (La Cygne, KS).
