The Lansing Bobcats volleyball team (Lansing, NY), was nudged 1-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Ithaca Little Red (Ithaca, NY)
The Little Red (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Horseheads (Horseheads, NY). The Blue Raiders enter the Section 4 Southern Tier challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, Horseheads was nudged by Francis Lewis (Fresh Meadows, NY), 1-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bobcats meet the Union Springs Wolves (Union Springs, NY) in a Section 4 Interscholastic challenge, on Monday, October 17. Lansing will attempt to move on its 22-1 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 1-1 non-league Lyons (Lyons, NY).
