The Marengo Indians volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Rockford Auburn Knights to 0 in the Indians non-league victory on Saturday.

The Indians now have a 18-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harvard for a Kishwaukee River game on Wednesday, October 19. Marengo will meet a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Marengo (Marengo, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 4-19.

The Knights (9-16) will now prepare for their game against Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL). The Titans enter the Northern Illinois NIC-10 game with a 10-21 record. In their last game, Boylan Catholic dropped by Belvidere (Belvidere, IL), 2-1, in a league game.
