The Mavericks now possess a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Seymour for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 17. Anderson County will play a Eagles squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, Carter moves to 11-12 on the year.
