Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host South Kingstown Rebels (Wakefield, RI), 3-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Mt. Hope moves its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Huskies host Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to clash with the Chargers in a Division 1 test on Thursday, October 17. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 10-5. Chariho won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Westerly (Westerly, RI)

The Rebels now sport a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pilgrim for a Division 1 test on Thursday, October 17. South Kingstown will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Patriots record now stands at 1-13.
