In Tuesday's league contest, the Widefield Gladiators (Colorado Springs, CO) soccer team edged the visiting Coronado Cougars (Colorado Springs, CO), by a count of 2-1.

Next, the Gladiators battle the Harrison Panthers (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 4A CSML - South contest, on Thursday, October 17. Widefield will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 8-2 record after their 1-1 league Canon City (Canon City, CO).
