In Tuesday's non-league test, the Russellville Indians (Russellville, MO) softball squad overwhelmed the host Dixon Bulldogs (Dixon, MO), by a count of 27-8.
Next, the Indians meet the Eugene Eagles (Eugene, MO) in a Class 2 District 10 test, on Thursday, October 17. Russellville will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 16-15 record after their 12-11 non-league loss to Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO).
The Bulldogs (16-8) will now prepare for their test against Iberia (Iberia, MO). The Rangers go into the Class 2 District 11 test with a 20-5 record. In their last test, Iberia toppled Rolla (Rolla, MO), 11-6, in a non-league test.
