Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Owensboro Red Devils (Owensboro, KY) and the visiting Grayson County Cougars (Leitchfield, KY), observed Owensboro's volleyball team top Grayson County by a tally of 3-0.

The Red Devils (19-12) will now prepare for their contest against South Warren (Bowling Green, KY). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 17-10 record. In their last contest, South Warren was beaten by Oldham County (Buckner, KY), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Cougars meet the North Hardin Trojans (Radcliff, KY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 17. Grayson County will attempt to upgrade on its 12-11 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 17-18 record after their 3-0 league loss to Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, KY).
