The Johnston Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Providence Country Day Knights to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 3-11 record. They play next when they host Juanita Sanchez Complex for a Division 3 outing on Wednesday, October 16. Johnston will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Block Island (New Shoreham, RI). The Cavaliers record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, Providence Country Day drops to 2-14 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Rogers (Newport, RI) to play the Vikings in a Division 3 outing on Wednesday, October 16. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 2-13. Rogers lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Scituate (North Scituate, RI)
