Portland Bulldogs (Portland, ME) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Massabesic Mustangs (Waterboro, ME), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Portland improves its record to 2-9 on the season. The Bulldogs host Thornton Academy (Saco, ME) to face the Trojans in a Class A test on Thursday, October 17. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 9-3. Thornton Academy won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Marshwood (South Berwick, ME)

The Mustangs now own a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Noble for a Class A test on Thursday, October 17. Massabesic will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Knights record now stands at 1-12.
