The Colonels now possess a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ayer Shirley for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 16. South will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over St. Bernard's Central Catholic (Fitchburg, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Oxford drops to 3-13 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Grafton (Grafton, MA) to play the Gators in a Southern Worcester County League outing on Thursday, October 17. The Gators come into the outing with a record of 12-4.
