The Yuma Outlaws volleyball squad (Yuma, CO), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Sedgwick County Cougars (Julesburg, CO)

With the win, Sedgwick County improves its record to 15-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Merino (Merino, CO) to encounter the Rams in a 2A/1A Lower Platte battle on Friday, October 18. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 13-0. Merino won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Simla (Simla, CO)

The Outlaws now own a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holyoke for a 2A/1A Lower Platte battle on Friday, October 18. Yuma will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Byers (Byers, CO). The Dragons record now stands at 8-10.
