In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting West Oaks Academy Flame football squad scored a decisive 40-7 triumph over the Geneva Knights.
The Flame (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Foundation Academy (Winter Garden, FL). The Lions come into the non-league match with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Foundation Academy triumphed over Cocoa Beach (Cocoa Beach, FL), 37-34, in a non-league test.
With the defeat, Geneva drops to 0-9 on the campaign. The Knights host Halifax Academy (Daytona Beach, FL) to meet the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 24. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 1-8. Halifax Academy lost 54-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Father Lopez (Daytona Beach, FL)
