The Capuchino Mustangs flag football squad scored 27 points and limited the visiting Jefferson Grizzlies to 14 in the Mustangs league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Half Moon Bay for a Ocean test on Monday, October 20. Capuchino will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 40-14 league loss to Sequoia (Redwood City, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-6.

With the defeat, Jefferson drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA) to meet the Fighting Knights in a Ocean challenge on Monday, October 20. The Fighting Knights enter the challenge with a record of 10-6. Hillsdale won 13-6 in their recent league challenge against South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA)
