North Country Union Falcons (Newport, VT) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Stowe Raiders (Stowe, VT), 3-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, North Country Union advances its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to St. Johnsbury Academy (St. Johnsbury, VT) to clash with the Hilltoppers in a non-league test on Saturday, October 18. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a record of 7-5. St. Johnsbury Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT)

With the loss, Stowe moves to 10-3 on the year. The Raiders host Lake Region (Orleans, VT) to play the Rangers in a Capital bout on Saturday, October 18. The Rangers go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Lake Region lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT)
