In Saturday's league game, the Lynbrook Owls (Lynbrook, NY) football team knocked off the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Bellmore, NY), by a score of 28-0.
The Owls (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Hewlett (Hewlett, NY). The Bulldogs come into the Section 8 Conference III game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Hewlett was dropped by Bethpage (Bethpage, NY), 42-14, in a league game.
