Lisa Academy North Jaguars (Sherwood, AR) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR), 62-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lisa Academy North upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Valley Springs (Valley Springs, AR) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 9. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Shirley Blue Devils (Shirley, AR) in a 1A Region 2 bout, on Tuesday, November 28. West Side will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
