The James Wood Colonels volleyball team (Winchester, VA), went down 2-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD)

The Warriors (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD). The Hubs come into the challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, North Hagerstown defeated Urbana (Ijamsville, MD), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Colonels encounter the Brentsville District Tigers (Nokesville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 17. James Wood will attempt to move on its 11-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Fauquier (Warrenton, VA).
