The Loyola Crusaders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds to 1 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Monday.

The Crusaders now have a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nicollet for a Valley game on Thursday, October 19. Loyola will meet a Raiders team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 1-17.

The Greyhounds (9-10) will now prepare for their game against St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN). The Knights enter the Tomahawk game with a 8-9 record. In their last game, St. Mary's dropped by Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN), 3-2, in a non-league game.
